Is Mayer Networks based in Southern Illinois?
Yes. Mayer Networks is headquartered in Carbondale, Illinois, and operates its datacenter and technical operations there. It is not a national provider with a regional sales presence.
Do you provide onsite IT support?
Yes. Onsite support is available across the core Southern Illinois service area for infrastructure work, cabling and network projects, server and phone-system cutovers, office moves and anything that requires hands on equipment.
Do you support clients outside Carbondale?
Most Mayer Networks clients are outside Carbondale. Carbondale is where the company is based; the client base spans counties across Southern Illinois and into nearby regional communities.
Can you support organizations remotely?
Yes. Day-to-day helpdesk requests, monitoring, patching, security response, Microsoft 365 administration and most troubleshooting are handled remotely, which is usually the fastest path to a fix. Onsite visits are scheduled when the work genuinely requires them.
Do you work with businesses and government agencies?
Both. Mayer Networks supports private businesses alongside municipalities, counties, public-safety agencies, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, manufacturers and professional-service firms across the region.
How do I know if my organization is inside the service area?
If you are in Southern Illinois, you are almost certainly inside it. If you are just outside the region, contact Mayer Networks and we will tell you plainly whether we can support you well at that distance.
